Do try out this delicious recipe and post your comments below. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1 1/2 tbsp ghee (నెయ్యి) <br />1 large onion ( ఉల్లిపాయ) <br />1 tbsp butter (వెన్న) <br />6 cloves of garlic (వెల్లులి రెబ్బలు) <br />1 tsp garam masala ( గరం మసాలా) <br />1 piece of ginger ( అల్లం) <br />1 tsp red chili powder ( ఎర్ర కారం) <br />2 green chilies, chopped (పర్చిమిర్చి) <br />1/4 tsp cumin powder (జీలకర్ర పొడి) <br />Coriander leaves (కొత్తిమీర ) <br />1/2 cup cream <br />1 tbsp cashew nuts(జీడిపప్పు) <br />15-16 button mushrooms (మష్రూమ్) <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Grind chopped onions, ginger, garlic, red chili powder, roasted cumin seed powder, garam masala into a smooth paste. <br />- In a pan, heat ghee. Once the ghee is hot, add chopped green chili and the onion paste. <br />- Add tomato pulp to the mixture. Cook it well. <br />- Add fresh cream and mix well. <br />- Add water and allow it to boil. <br />- Add freshly chopped coriander leaves and add salt to taste. <br />- In a fresh pan, heat butter. <br />- Once the butter is melted, add chopped capsicums and sliced mushrooms. <br />- Allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes. <br />- Once cooked, add it into the mixture and mix well. <br />- Mushroom butter masala is ready!
